概述
"The 2xHotstart PCR Master Mix(without dye) is a ready-to-use cocktail containing hotstart Taq DNA Polymerase, MgCl2, dNTP Mix and some PCR additives. It is supplied as a 2X Master Mix containing all components except primers and template for the amplification and detection of DNA in the PCR. The 2xHotstart PCR Master Mix(without dye) is no DNA loading buffer, The DNA loading buffer should be added to the PCR product when run on the agarose gel.
